Beloved,

Many of us know a little about God.  We learn from personal experience.  When one of us deals with the pleasure of raising a 12 year old son, we learn some Godly lessons.  When one of us hikes to the top of Gold hill, we learn some Godly lessons.  A personal Bible study, an intimate conversation with the Creator, a survived struggle, a wrestling match - all of these provide encounters with the Living God.

Proverbs 27 reminds us that iron sharpens iron, and so one man sharpens another.  My prayer is that, through the insights of our brothers and sisters, we would be sharpened together.
